Our artisans will analyze the construction and recreate it as accurately as possible, or adjust it with custom details upon your request. Your vision — our craftsmanship.

We believe a perfect fit is a standard — not a luxury that should cost extra. Size adjustments, swapping hardware (for example, zippers to buttons), or choosing a different leather texture within the base material cost does not change the final price. You pay for the garment; personalization is our service for you.

Because each item is made to your individual measurements and personal preferences, it is unique and cannot be resold. Therefore, under applicable law and our policy, personalized items of proper quality are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please take measurements and approve details carefully. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will fix it at our expense or replace the item.
