Custom Leather Jacket Tailoring

Bring an idea, a photo or a favourite jacket you would love to have again. We take your measurements, draft patterns for your figure and no one else's and, in 5–10 working days, hand you a piece that fits as if it could never have been any other way. This is how the craftsmen of P.Vorte Leather Studio, with more than 30 years of experience, work.

What you can order

• A catalogue model made to your measurements. Any leather jacket, shearling coat, trousers or skirt from the site, in any size and colour.
• A catalogue model with changes. A different collar, length, closure or lining, a fur collar or a detachable liner. Changes within the base materials do not change the price.
• Your own design. A photo, a screenshot, a link to a shop abroad or an old favourite. Our craftsmen recreate the construction and adapt it to you.
• Personalisation. Embossing, engraving, patches and badges.

How ordering works

1. Request. Choose a model on the site or send a photo to our manager: +38 066 311 05 82, [email protected]. The manager will contact you to clarify the details.
2. Measurements. About 30 minutes at our studio at 35 Svitlytskoho St., Kyiv. If you are not in Kyiv, the manager will send instructions and help you measure remotely.
3. Materials. At the studio you choose Gruppo Mastrotto leather or fur, lining and YKK hardware from samples. Remotely, we send photos and videos of the samples.
4. Tailoring. 5–10 working days depending on complexity. We will let you know as soon as your piece is ready.
5. Fitting and adjustments. At the studio or after delivery. Adjustments are free of charge.
6. Delivery. Nova Poshta across Ukraine in 1–3 days, worldwide with Nova Poshta Global, or pick-up at the studio.

Why it fits better than a ready-made jacket

Ready-to-wear is cut for an average figure, so the sleeves end up too long or the shoulders too tight. We draft individual patterns from twelve measurements and take into account your height, posture and what you will wear underneath. The result sits right on the shoulders, does not pull across the back and does not get in the way when you drive.

Materials

Leather and fur from Gruppo Mastrotto, Italy, under a direct contract: smooth nappa, velvety suede, dense leather for biker jackets and soft fine leather for women's models. YKK hardware. You can see and touch everything at the studio.

Lead time and price

The price of each model is shown on its page and already includes tailoring to your measurements. For a design from your photo, the manager quotes the price and lead time after reviewing it. Production takes 5–10 working days.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order if I am not in Kyiv?

Yes. You take measurements with our instructions, choose materials from photos and videos, and we ship the finished piece by Nova Poshta, or worldwide with Nova Poshta Global. If anything needs adjusting, we agree on it after the fitting.

How much does tailoring from my photo cost?

It depends on the design and materials; the closest catalogue model gives a good idea of the price. The manager quotes an exact price after seeing the photo.

What if the jacket does not fit?

We tailor to your measurements and hold a fitting, so the fit is checked at every stage. If anything needs adjusting, we do it free of charge.

Is my model available in my size?

Yes. Every catalogue model is available in all sizes and colours, ready in 5–10 working days.
